These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of HangBoston.com (the “Website”) and the services provided by Hang Boston (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
- Services
Hang Boston provides professional in-home installation services in the Boston, Massachusetts area, including television mounting, bracket installation, cable management, and related residential installation services. All service requests are subject to availability and confirmation. - Booking and Scheduling
Appointments may be requested through our Website or by phone. Arrival times are provided within a service window and may vary due to travel, prior appointments, or unforeseen conditions. An adult (18+) must be present during service. If access is unavailable or conditions are unsafe, we reserve the right to reschedule. - Scope of Work and Site Readiness
You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area, moving fragile or valuable items, securing pets, and obtaining landlord or HOA approvals where required. You must disclose wall materials (such as drywall, plaster, brick, concrete, tile) and any known hazards. Hidden conditions including pipes, wiring, structural obstructions, or prior damage may affect installation results. Minor wall penetrations or fastener holes are inherent to mounting services and are not considered damage. Cosmetic repairs or painting are not included unless agreed upon in advance. - Equipment and Materials
We may install customer-supplied brackets or hardware; however, such items are installed as provided and without warranty as to suitability or manufacturer defects. We reserve the right to decline installation if surfaces are unsuitable or if the installation exceeds safe working limits. - Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. By booking services, you authorize payment for completed work and any approved add-ons. - Warranty
Hang Boston provides a limited workmanship guarantee for standard installations. This warranty does not apply to customer-supplied hardware, misuse or modification by others, manufacturer defects, or environmental damage such as heat or moisture. Warranty claims must be submitted promptly through our contact form. - Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hang Boston’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, latent defects, or manufacturer failures. - Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Hang Boston harmless from claims arising from misuse of services, inaccurate information provided by you, or directions followed at your request. - Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. - Changes to These Terms
